HRD Certificates Now In VIP Trading – Derain

HRD Antwerp NV signed a cooperative agreement with the Belgian jewelry chain, VIP Trading Ltd – Derain. According to the agreement, HRD Antwerp will provide the company with co-branded HRD Antwerp diamond certificates. In return, VIP Trading Ltd – Derain will actively promote the HRD certificates in its shops.

The jewelry chain currently operates over 50 high-end jewelry stores in Belgium, China and the territory of Macau. The company is known for its Belgian designed diamond jewelry.

VIP Trading Ltd – Derain is a subsidiary of Wolfers, a Belgian jeweler with nearly 200 years of history, which includes the appointment of royal jeweler to the King of Belgium.

“With this agreement, HRD Antwerp not only supports a jewelry house with its knowledge in diamond certification and high standards of quality, but also tightens the relationship between Antwerp, world diamond center and Asia. For HRD Antwerp, this partnership means a strong commercial backup of its certificate,” said Georges Brys, General Manager of HRD Antwerp.

HRD Antwerp NV is the subsidiary of the Antwerp World Diamond Centre (AWDC). The company operates a diamond lab, a precious stones lab, an education center as well as developing diamond equipment and conducts diamond related research.
