BHP Billiton Joins Natural Colored Diamonds Association

Diamond miner BHP Billiton is the latest company to become a member of the Natural Colored Diamonds Association, joining earlier this week. BHPB joins Rio Tinto that became a member in January.
The NCDIA's primary role is to educate the public on the existence of natural colored diamonds, emphasizing the value of naturalness.
According to Terry Janes, Vice President Marketing, BHP Billiton Diamonds, “BHP Billiton is pleased to become a member of NCDIA, an organization uniquely dedicated to promoting continued awareness of the incomparable beauty of natural diamonds”.
After a successful launch at the Oscars, the NCDIA plans to carry on its promotional activities throughout the year. BHP Billiton's membership, says the Association, will definitely be a valuable asset in the Association's future endeavors.
