C. Mahendra Opens First Retail Operation

Surat-based Sightholder C. Mahendra Exports has opened its first store that will sell diamond branded jewelry from its Ciemme collections.

 

The opening of the retail outlet in Mumbai is part of the company’s expansion strategy and is the first in a series of stores C. Mahendra plans to open across India.

In recent years, the company has invested heavily in manufacturing and design facilities and makes its own diamond jewelry, developing its own brand names and branded jewelry.

The firm said the store openings would increase the efficiency of its diamond distribution, from the rough diamond to the consumer.

Meanwhile, direct dealings with store customers would enable the company to adapt products and services to suit consumers’ requirements.
