Banda Reelected to DDC Presidency

The New York Diamond Dealers Club has reelected Jacob Banda to President of the organization, with an 87 percent support of voters and will continue for another two-year term.

Vice President David Abraham was also reelected together with Secretary Sylvain Ringer and Treasurer Elliot Krischer.

“I am deeply honored at the tremendous vote of confidence given to me by our membership,” Banda said after the results were published. “ I look forward to working with the DDC Board of Directors and all our members to improve business opportunities throughout the industry.”

The members have elected Carl Edelstein, Dov Fruchter, Albert Gad, Eli Gottlieb, Alan Rehs, Yaron Hahami, Nissan Perla, and David Samuels to the DDC’s Board.

The new directors are joining continuing directors Scott Cohen, Philip Klein, Adam Mirozoeff, Bruno Scarselli, Benny Simonov, Ronnie Van der Linden, and Leon Well.
