Aber Announces Changes to Board of Directors

Aber’s Board of Directors appointed M. Laurent E. Mommeja as a director. M. Mommeja is the General Manager, Europe of Hermes International SA with responsibility for European and Middle Eastern Distribution.
He was President and CEO of Hermes Paris Inc., the US subsidiary of Hermes International.
John H. Lamacraft has retired as a director of Aber and is succeeded as Chairman of the Board by Robert Gannicott, Aber’s CEO. Lars -Eric Johansson has been appointed as Lead Director of the company.
