Copy of W.B. David’s Lawsuit against De Beers Et Al

Copy of the lawsuit by former Sightholder W.B. David & Co against De Beers, its Sightholders, brokers, ad agency J. Walter Thompson, and others filed at United States District Court, Southern District Of New York.

The New York based W. B. David & Co. diamond company filed suit Thursday in Manhattan against the De Beers group of companies and others for some $100 million, injunctive relief and attachment of De Beers’ U.S. assets.
