Overseas’ Isee2 Project US Patent Approved
September 08, 04Overseas Diamonds’ Isee2 project, a device that measures the symmetry, brilliance and scintillation of ideal cut diamonds, was issued yesterday (Tuesday) a U.S. patent by the United States Patent and Trade Mark Office.
The Isee2 is a retail selling aid that allows buyers to measure the beauty of a diamond, as Overseas’ CEO, David Lapa describes it.

“Beauty is the selling quality of a diamond,” he says, “and the [Isse2] technology is the tool that proves that”. With an Isee2 on the counter, a buyer can asses it without the need for a salesperson to ‘convince’ the buyer of the beauty of an ideal cut diamond.
