Tiffany & Co. Declares $0.08 Regular Quarterly Dividend

The Board of Directors of Tiffany & Co. has declared a regular quarterly dividend of eight cents per share on its Common Stock.
The dividend will be paid on January 10, 2006 to stockholders of record on December 20, 2005.
The company is scheduled to announce its third quarter results on November 30.
