007 Marketing Goes Beyond Macho Gear to Include Jewelry

We remember the Aston Martin (and later BMW) cars and the Omega watches. Many can as easily list the women that play opposite the James Bond character, but what about what these women wear? Their jewelry has now also become a ‘placement’ product vehicle, with Fred as the first jewelry house to get on board the bond bandwagon.

Fred is now offering the collection of pendants, rings, and earrings for sale. The line is available in gray gold, diamond, and amethyst, or in gray gold with diamonds and rubellite.

The film, however, is not Murino’s first foray into jewelry collaborations. The former Italian beauty queen designed for DTC Sightholder Dalumi a collier that was displayed and auctioned in Paris for the benefit of AMREF, an organization that promotes social and health development of underprivileged African populations.

The item achieved the highest bid out of the six items offered in the DTC ‘Diamonds from the Heart’ project.
