Rosy Blue Sells Tri-Star Worldwide Holding

The Rosy Blue Group has announced that last week it sold its holding in Tri-Star Worldwide, the
Tri-Star Worldwide bought Rosy Blue’s share in the company and subsequently Rosy Blue’s representatives on the board of Tri-Star resigned.
According to Dilip Mehta, CEO of Rosy Blue Group, “As a result of a strategic review, we decided to focus more on other channels where we can directly add value and provide depth of service to our clients.”
Rosy Blue will continue to manufacture and market the CANADAMARK diamonds to clientele seeking mined-in-Canada products, says Raj Mehta, Rosy Blue NV’s senior VP of polished diamond sales. “The Tri-Star divestiture allows us to concentrate on a single, broad Canada-mined line of business,” he added.
