BHP Billiton Announces Relocation of Polished Marketing

BHP Billiton Diamonds Marketing announced today the relocation of its polished diamond marketing business and the CanadaMark branding program from its previous location in Vancouver, B.C. to its office in Antwerp.
The move is intended to result in improved operating efficiency and enable more effective access to the polished diamond market.
“The successful CanadaMark program, which guarantees the origin of polished diamonds from Canada, will not be changed as a result of the move,” said Chris Ryder, marketing director - Diamonds. “It will be business as usual, but from a different location and office.”
