Aber Changing Name to Harry Winston Diamond Nov. 19

Aber Diamond Corporation announced that the New York Stock Exchange has approved Aber's application to list its common stock under the new name Harry Winston Diamond Corporation. Its ticker symbol will change to HWD on November 19.

Harry Winston Diamond Corporation also will continue to trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the new ticker symbol HW. Trading in the company's common stock on the Toronto Stock Exchange under ABZ will cease at the close of market on Friday, November 16, 2007.

According to Aber Chairman and CEO Robert Gannicott, the re-branding is an important step in positioning the company.
