May 19 is Deadline to Submit Claim in De Beers Class Action Lawsuit

May 19 is the deadline to submit a claim to the De Beers Class Action Lawsuit, according to the Jewelers Vigilance Committee (JVC). In an emailed reminder, the organization said responses must be postmarked on or before May 19, 2008. 

The JVC added that it is providing guidance for resellers who submit claims to the De Beers class action settlement fund. It is urging those who have questions or concerns regarding it to email the organization.
