Rockwell Diamonds Expects to Post Loss

Rockwell Diamonds announced in a release Friday that earnings per share for the nine-month period ended February 29 are expected to show an estimated loss of $0.05 per share. Rockwell will release the results on Tuesday, May 27.

The diamond exploration and mining company added that, the period ended February 29 is the date the company has changed its financial year-end. It further noted that the results published in November 29, 2007 were for the 12 months ended May 21, 2007, the original financial year-end of the company.
