Signet Shareholders Approve NYSE Listing

Signet Group plc shareholders have approved moving the primary listing of the group’s parent company from the London Stock Exchange to the New York Stock Exchange and transferring the group’s parent company base to Bermuda.

The board of directors’ suggestions won the support of more than 94 percent of voting shareholders.

According to Signet Chairman Sir Malcolm Williamson, the proposals are expected to take effect September 11.
