IDCA to Expand Service to Members
March 08, 09
The board of directors of the Indian Diamond and Colorstone Association (IDCA) has announced its plan to increase the association's programs and services. The move comes in an effort to provide maximum assistance and value to IDCA's more than 200 members.
The organization is also looking for ways to enhance the association’s major annual awards programs and internal and external communications activities.
To implement the expanded services, IDCA has retained the services of Jerry Buckley, president of the Buckley Consulting Group, who has experience in both the jewelry industry and the non-profit association arena.
“This year the IDCA board is focusing on expanding member services and enhancing the value of our organization to meet today’s needs,” said Haridas Kotahwala, president of the IDCA board.
The New York-based trade association supports more than 200 Indian American member companies in the diamond, colorstone, pearl and related industries.
