KGK Group launched an e-commerce website, eKGK, providing a consolidated platform for showcasing KGK’s global diamond inventory to buyers in the trade. The site will enable KGK clients to reach out to their own clients providing inventory updating 24/7.
One of the features the website offers KGK clients is the option for them to present the entire KGK stock, without disclosing that its source is KGK. Using a client markup mode, the service will allow them to display KGK stock at their own desired prices. When clients send certificates, the system can display their own name to potential customers.
Another feature allows KGK customers to "book" stones before they are even displayed in the KGK inventory, creating a "wish list." KGK clients can also create and change settings to best find pairs.
"eKGK will enable a seamless movement of inventory and information exhibiting transparency and service in real time," said Sandeep Kothari, principal KGK. "Streamlining distribution will eliminate intermediaries and enable cost savings which we can pass on to our customers."
