Steinmetz Places Diamonds in F1 Helmets and Steering Wheels

Jenson Button and Lewis Hamilton will race this weekend in the Formula 1 event with an added sparkle, their numbers set with diamonds surrounded by gold leaves.
The steering wheels, which are manufactured from carbon fiber by the team, have been customized by Steinmetz craftsmen using white diamonds. They will be unveiled at Monaco’s exclusive Villa la Vigie on Wednesday May 12.
On Wednesday, the will revealed commemorative helmets, which also feature the Steinmetz world championship diamond crest.
Villa la Vigie is the location of the Steinmetz Salon Privé, which is set up in collaboration with partners Sotheby’s Diamonds. Sotheby’s Diamonds and Steinmetz Salon Privé will feature a collection featuring Forevermark diamonds.
With this special inscription, Vodafone McLaren Mercedes and Steinmetz are proudly celebrating two consecutive world champions with both Hamilton and Button winning the Monaco Grand Prix
