November 11, 10(IDEX Online News) - Body language clues, marketing ideas that go from high tech to no tech, and communicating more effectively in the world of Facebook and Twitter are just a few of the latest programs that the American Gem Society has planned for the 2011 Conclave in San Francisco.
Body-Language expert Janine Driver will teach AGS members how to control and be able to change the dynamics of any interaction according to their needs.
In “How to Get, Keep and Deserve Your Customers,” Patricia Fripp, author of Speaker’s Edge and Speaking Secrets of the Masters, will provide guidance in her interactive program.
Jake Greene, founder of Greene Group, a consulting firm working on corporate growth, change and branding, will present “Face Time Versus Facebook Time: Communicating Across Generational Gaps.”
“One of the theme’s of the 2011 Conclave is building bridges—how can members build successful bridges to their future? The underlying message of each presentation goes back to this theme,” said Ruth Batson, executive director and CEO of the AGS. “The business climate is evolving more quickly now, and our presenters are giving the AGS membership the keys to success for not only today, but providing the tools they need to stay ahead of the game in the years to come.”
The American Gem Society Conclave will be held in San Francisco April 27- 30 at The Westin St. Francis in the heart of San Francisco’s Union Square.
