Mouawad and Premier Gem Establish "Premier Diamond Alliance" JV

(IDEX Online News) – Luxury jeweler and watchmaker Mouawad and New York-based Sightholder Premier Gem Corporation recently announced the establishment of the "Premier Diamond Alliance" joint venture.

According to a press release, the newly formed joint venture company will “assure a vertical integration of the two companies through the value chain of the diamond pipeline, from rough diamond production to retail sales of polished diamonds and diamond jewelry.”
