Rounds
- Smaller goods, 0.18-00.44 cts, are mainly stable, although EF colors are declining in demand and price
- 0.45-0.49 cts stable, a few items are seeing price increases
- A wide range of price declines among 0.50-0.69 cts
- 0.70-0.79 cts VVS goods softening
- 0.80-0.89 cts seeing price declines in I, KL
- 0.90-0.99 cts keep losing ground
- 1.00-1.24 cts D-I / IF-VS2 declining prices
- 1.25-1.49 cts prices of better quality goods are heading down
- 1.50-1.99 cts widening price declines
- 2 cts I-N / IF-VVS2 mostly declining
- 3 cts VS goods are a good opportunity for buyers
- 4 cts I1 rebounding prices
- 5 cts G / IF-VVS1 up another 3% this week. F / VVS2-SI1 down 1%-3%
Fancy Cuts
- 0.18-0.22 cts D-H / IF-VVS2 goods up, FG / VS2 keep sliding down
- 0.23-0.44 cts largely unchanged
- 0.45-0.49 cts moving up
- 0.50-0.69 cts more price increases this week
- 0.70-0.79 cts in strong demand with rising prices
- Last week's slowdown continued for 0.80-0.89 cts DEF / IF-VS1 goods. Other goods in this key size are rising
- 0.90-0.99 cts VVS2 goods increasing in price this week
- 1.00-1.24 cts a couple of price increases
- 1.25-1.49 cts mostly up, JK / I1 keep sliding
- 1.50-1.99 cts more price increases
- 2 cts goods are in mixed demand
- 3 cts F / VS2 down 3.0% to $23,000 per carat. All other categories stable
- 4 cts are unchanged
- 5 cts no price changes this week
