Baselworld 2013 Changes in Place

(IDEX Online News) – With the countdown to Baselworld 2013 already underway, show organizers have announced that the planned changes to the fair's layout have been completed.

Diamond, precious stone and pearl exhibitors will present their products in the "Stones and Pearls" section in Hall 3. Organizers say this hall has a completely new layout, which is "suitably aligned to the needs of the exhibiting companies."

The watch and jewelry brands will not be separated into different buildings. Hall 1 will now accommodate the watch and jewelry brands that are of "worldwide significance" and have a global reach. Hall 2 will house brands that are "internationally active" in the watch and jewelry industry.

The representatives of the machinery and supplier industry are located in Hall 4.U.

Building 4 will also house the National Pavilions where individual countries will be staging their displays.

Baselworld 2013 runs from April 25 to May 2.
