‘Diamonds HR’ Agency Begins Operations in Israeli Diamond Industry

(IDEX Online News) – A human resources (HR) company specializing in the diamond industry has opened in Israel. Diamonds HR is focusing solely on the employment needs of the Israeli industry, which employs more than 20,000 workers.
The company was established by Liat Kestel, who has more than 14 years of experience in HR and who says that the industry is in need of a personal and high-quality service, specializing in the placement of workers.
“I'm sure that Diamonds HR and I will stand up to the expectations and provide professional and reliable service to companies in the industry and together we will make the placement process shorter and more effective for both companies and employees," she said.
Diamonds HR, which says it is committed to giving personal, one-on-one professional service by establishing a network of personal relationships, will begin its activity in the coming weeks by holding one-on-one meetings with companies and professional workers with in the industry.
The job-search launch follows a similar initiative by the Antwerp World Diamond Centre last month, when it launched its Antwerp Diamond Jobs service as part of a plan to help diamond companies fill positions more efficiently.
