(IDEX Online News) – Fusion Tenders, together with I. Hennig & Co., will be holding a rough diamond tender for 10.80ct+ single stones as well as run-of-mine production, from melee parcels to large stones at the August 25-29 US & International Diamond Week at the Israel Diamond Exchange (IDE).

 

I. Hennig & Co. Managing Director Arik Sela said the tender is part of the firm's commitment to the Israeli diamond industry.

 

Hennig identified the potential for tenders in 2008, and teamed up with Fusion Alternatives which specializes in running tenders.

 

They market rough from the KAO Mine in Lesotho, goods from a mine in Guinea in western Africa, previously known as Aredor, and goods from other mines, as well as independent diggers.

 

Sela said he was confident that the goods at the rough tenders will match the requirements of the manufacturers, buyers and traders from Israel and abroad who would be attending the US & International Diamond Week.
