Israeli Diamond Week Set to be Largest-Ever Event

(IDEX Online News) – More than 450 registered buyers have been confirmed to take part in the US & International Diamond Week at the Israel Diamond Exchange (IDE) later this month, making it the largest-ever diamond sales event held in Israel.

Reuven Kaufman, president of the Diamond Dealers Club of New York, said that the idea of the event that he originally conceived along with IDE President Yair Sahar had grown beyond their expectations.

Conroy Heng Chi Heng of the Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group and Lawrence Ma, president of the Hong Kong Diamond Exchange will take part in the opening ceremony of the August 26-29 buyers’ week.
