Pandora Set to Mark 1,000 Stores With Opening of Paris Shop

(IDEX Online News) – Jewelry firm Pandora will mark its 1,000^th store on October 23, with the opening of an outlet in Paris.

The store is located in the Beaugrenelle Shopping Mall, the second-largest mall in Paris and close to the Eiffel Tower.

Pandora believes the location will ensure plenty of traffic to the store, since around seven million people ascend the Eiffel Tower every year and many more walk past the tower.

Pandora's Eiffel Tower charm is the best-selling charm in France, and among the best-selling charms globally.

Pandora has been operating in France for two years, and will soon have 22 stores in the country.

Pandora's so-called Concept Stores generate approximately half of the firm's direct sales, and the firm expects to open around 175 such stores this year.
