Sarin Technologies Changes Name to Sarine

(IDEX Online News) – Sarin Technologies has announced that following a resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on December 30 and the approval obtained from the Registrar of Companies of Israel on January 20, the name of the company has been changed to Sarine Technologies Ltd with effect from January 21.
The company has arranged with the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) to change the name of its trading counter on the Main Board of the SGX-ST to Sarine Technologies Ltd. which will take effect from January 27, 2014.
Established in 1988, Sarine, is a global leader in the development and manufacturing of advanced evaluation, planning, cutting, shaping, polishing and grading systems for diamond and gemstone production.
