Antwerp's Most Brilliant Quality Label Awarded To Three More Antwerp Jewelers

(IDEX Online) – The Antwerp World Diamond Centre (AWDC) and the City of Antwerp have awarded the 'Antwerp's Most Brilliant' quality label to three more Antwerp jewelers.

Antwerp's Most Brilliant was launched to highlight jewelers in the city who are living up to Antwerp’s reputation as a diamond center of excellence, and meet strict levels of quality, service and transparency.

The three jewelry stores are Jeweler Diamond Blue, Henri Dom Jewelry and Colman Jewelry. They join previous recipients of the quality label L&A, Ruys, Slaets, Orogem, Van der Veken and Diamani Jewels which successfully renewed its label.

AWDC CEO Ari Epstein said: “The quality label for jewelers fits perfectly with our long-term strategy for the future. It is an excellent tool to further strengthen Antwerp as diamond capital of the world and as a center of excellence. We are very happy to announce that six months after the launch, three additional jewelers are joining Antwerp's Most Brilliant, demonstrating the success of this project."

Antwerp jewelers’ compliance with high standards of sustainability, safety, ethics, transparency, service and company stability are measured by independent and accredited audit agency, Kiwa, with a very high score required in each category.

The jewelers also must comply with Belgian economic, social and tax legislation. The quality label award is valid for 12 months and jewelers can renew their label via a follow-up audit.

The label is also controlled by Belgium’s professional jewelers’ federation, Ars Nobilis, and the Federal Public Service Economy.
