Kiran Gems Private Ltd Wins JNA Award

(IDEX Online News) – Kiran Gems Private Limited has won the JNA Awards 2014 of Manufacturer of the Year – Diamond Cutting & Polishing.

Kiran Gems director Rajesh Lakhani and Kiran Export director Gautam Gopani received the award on behalf of the company.

Kiran Gems won the award for its "excellence in business performance through demonstrating strong financial performance, raising the existing high product quality standards even further, innovative management practices, best HR practices and state-of-the-art manufacturing".

The major challenges that the firm achieved were in overcoming issues associated with being widely dispersed and to direct its focus toward the goal of being a preferred supplier, JNA said in its decision.

The company recorded significant growth in production, supplier reach and its customer base while exporting to more than 30 countries during the award qualification period, JNA added.

Lakhani said, “This award is a recognition of hard work of all employees of Kiran and I congratulate them all.”
