IJL 2015 Heads to Italy for Launch of Market Focus Initiative
February 15, 15(IDEX Online News) – The International Jewellery London (IJL) show has announced the launch of the IJL Market Focus, which is aimed at creating global jewelry trade commercial and cultural partnerships. The initiative will launch with “In Stile Italiano a IJL,” which will showcase a select collection of Italian exhibitors.
Show organizers said the launch of an annual Market Focus at IJL consolidates the show’s international commercial and networking reputation within the industry. Each year a new country or region will be showcased. The project will be supported by a comprehensive marketing campaign with a series of features and events taking place at the show.
“The new Market Focus promises to be a really powerful annual event at IJL. We are hopeful that this feature will open doors to strengthen international trade as well as increase awareness about the showcased market’s design set,” said event director Sam Willoughby. “Italy is a world leader in jewelry and goldsmithing and IJL at Olympia will be a stunning back drop for this colorful and inspiring collective.”
Among the Italian brands that will attend the show are Fope and Ponte Vecchio Gioielli.
Other international brands who will be showing for the first time include Spanish brand Unode50 and US brands Samuel Aaron Inc. and Beverley K.
IJL 2015 will run from September 6-8 at Olympia GRAND, London.
