JFC Raises $60,000+ at Annual Rings of Strength Event in Las Vegas

(IDEX Online News) – Jewelers for Children (JFC) raised more than $60,000 at the third Rings of Strength Tour, held on May 28 in Las Vegas.
More than 125 participants either ran or walked a 5 kilometer course, or biked, either a leisurely 15 kilometer route or a more challenging 50 kilometer one.
"How satisfying to see this event grow year after year" said Debra Puzio, JFC’s vice president for Special Programs. When Rebecca Foerster, a JFC board member, conceived the idea for the event, we had no way of knowing how successful it would become."
The event attracted individual industry supporters, as well as teams. Participating companies included; Blue Nile, StarLuxe, HL Manufacturing, Team Canada, Sterling Jewelers, American Gem Society/AGS Laboratories, Brinks ZeroShrink, Leo Schachter Diamonds, WJA, JA New York and Jane Basch Designs.
