Namdeb CEO Inge Zaamwani-Kamwi to Step Down
July 02, 15(IDEX Online News) – Namdeb Holdings CEO Inge Zaamwani-Kamwi is to step down from the role she has held for 15 years. She is leaving the company to become an advisor to Namibian President Dr Hage Geingob.
Zaamwani-Kamwi will remain in her role until the end of July to ensure an appropriate transition process.
“Inge has transformed Namdeb into an iconic national company, cementing its position as the single biggest contributor to the Namibia Treasury,” said Namdeb Holding’s chairman Dr Elijah Ngurare.
“The board of Namdeb Holdings is grateful to Inge for her significant contribution to the success of the company, and wishes her every success in her new role. We will continue to tap into her knowledge and expertise”.
Namdeb said that an announcement about the future leadership of the company will be made “in due course.”
