Parshkov Appointed ALROSA VP

(IDEX Online News) – ALRSOA has announced the appointment of Alexander Parshkov as vice president for procurement processes. Parshkov is the former head of procurement for Rosneft, an integrated oil company majority-owned by the Russian government.

ALROSA said it hopes that the development of the vice president’s position will streamline its procurement procedures. Until the creation of the role, procurement issues were a function of the company’s deputy executive director.
