HOF Promotes from Within to Continue Global Expansion
October 20, 15(IDEX Online News) – Hearts On Fire (HOF) has announced that three of its executive team will move into new, expanded executive roles. Caryl Capeci, formerly chief marketing officer, will move into the role of president at Hearts On Fire, with Tom Carlo taking on the role of COO in addition to his current responsibilities as chief financial officer.
Glenn Rothman will remain CEO of HOF and continue to serve on the executive committee. Bill Anderson, formerly the president and COO of HOF, will also remain a member of the executive committee.
In addition, Gilly Strauss, formerly executive VP of Sales will move into the role of president of Memoire, a brand also owned by Chow Tai Fook (CTF) and managed through the US headquarters of HOF.
The company said that with an extensive sales and strategic background at HOF and the support of CTF, Strauss will look to grow the Memoire business into a brand that exceeds its current focus on wedding and anniversary bands.
