Peregrine Subsidiary President and CEO Steps Down

(IDEX Online News) – Brooke Clements, president and CEO of Peregrine Exploration Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Peregrine Diamonds, has stepped down from his role. He will continue to act as a consultant to the company.

Eric Friedland, currently the chairman of Peregrine Exploration, has been appointed president and will remain in the position of chairman.

Peregrine Exploration was established this year to manage the company's North American assets (with the exception of the Chidliak and Qilaq projects) and to identify new diamond properties for acquisition and development.

Clements held the position of president and CEO since February, 2015. From 2007 until January 2015, he was president of Peregrine Diamonds during the period when the company discovered Chidliak diamond project in Nunavut.
