More Changes at Dominion as Two Directors Resign
December 27, 15(IDEX Online News) – Dominion Diamonds Corporation is facing further changes following news that two of its directors, Dr. Fiona Perrott-Humphrey and Ollie Oliveira, have resigned from its board for what are being termed “personal reasons” by the company.
According to the Globe and Mail, Perrott-Humphrey is an investment analyst who has worked with the London-based Rothschild group, which has been hired by Dominion to “maximize shareholder value.”
Oliveira is a managing partner at Greengrove Capital and a former senior executive at Anglo American and De Beers.
Dominion has come under pressure from a group of shareholders that criticized the company’s management and handling.
Dominion Diamond Corp. owns the Ekati mine as well as 40 percent of the Diavik mine.
