Gem Diamonds Recovers 152-Carat Type IIa Diamond From Letseng

(IDEX Online) – Gem Diamonds Limited has recovered a 152-carat, top white color Type IIa diamond from the Letšeng mine in Lesotho, the highest dollar per carat kimberlite diamond mine in the world.

 

The latest find (pictured above) is the sixth diamond of over 100 carats recovered at the mine so far this year, the company said.
