(IDEX Online) - A jeweler in Australia is offering a free 6.0-carat diamond ring as a "goodwill gesture" to whoever buys her house.
Nashwa Ahmed, owner of five Blackbox Jewellers stores, is throwing in a $30,000 sweetener with her luxury five-bedroom home in Canning Vale, on the outskirts of Perth, Western Australia.

Christy Sajan from Stratton Realty, said the ring was "a goodwill gesture to the buyers".
Offers are invited by 24 September. The home is expected to sell for around AUD 1m (USD $678,000). Ms Ahmed bought the home for AUD 525,000 (USD 354,000) in 2015.
