Memo

Chaim Even-Zohar’s weekly column was not yet ready at the time of the newsletter’s deadline, which we had already extended by almost 24 hours to accommodate him.  As his column always contains very timely and important material, and in order not to deny our readers an opportunity to get his weekly view, for once Chaim’s article will appear on the IDEX Online news forum instead of in the newsletter.
