HRD Launches Tel Aviv Diamond Grading Pick Up Service

HRD Antwerp NV, operator of the HRD diamond-grading lab, is expanding its direct client service beyond the Belgian diamond centre with the introduction of HRD Lab Link, a pick up certification service for the Israel diamond sector.
The service is operational as of today. HRD Lab Link will pick up the stones at the client’s office and return them certified.
According to Dirk Dullaert, HRD Antwerp’s commercial director, HRD Lab Link has been long in development. “We felt it was imperative to offer a service-based package that would provide Israel-based clients direct access to our lab in Antwerp with a secure door-to-door delivery and logistics service," he said.
"A fast turnaround time is a crucial component," he added.
HRD Lab Link will offer the complete range of services of the HRD Antwerp Diamond Lab, including full diamond certificates, fancy color diamond certificates, laser inscriptions with the HRD Certificate ID number inscribed on the girdle, and sealing, which guarantees the association between the stone and the certificate.
In Belgium, the secure delivery services will be executed by the G4S company. In Israel, the service will be operated by G4S’ logistic partner, D2D Val Express.
HRD Antwerp has also announced the imminent start of similar services in other major diamond consumer centers, such as Hong Kong and Mumbai.
