SouthernEra Diamonds Appoints New CFO

SouthernEra Diamonds Inc has announced the appointment of Chris Reynolds to the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He previously served as Vice President Finance, Controller and Secretary for both SouthernEra Diamonds Inc and Southern Platinum Corp.

Reynolds will continue to serve as the Company Secretary for both SouthernEra Diamonds Inc and Southern Platinum Corp.

Before joining SouthernEra in 2001, Reynolds held various accounting and finance positions at TVX Gold Inc. and Inmet Mining Corporation.

Mark Rosslee, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for SouthernEra Group, will continue to serve as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Southern Platinum Corp and will remain a member of the Executive Committee of SouthernEra Diamonds Inc.

SouthernEra Diamonds runs diamond exploration projects in five countries, including Canada, Australia, Gabon, the DRC and South Africa.
