NCDIA Announces Doubling of Membership

The Natural Color Diamond Association (NCDIA) said its membership has doubled after seven new members joined the organization. The NCDIA aims to educate consumers on the beauty and uniqueness of natural and natural color diamonds.
Set up earlier this year, the NCDIA’s membership represents the entire diamond pipeline, from retailers to miners and manufacturers to designers, the group said at its first US news conference held at the JCK Las Vegas Show on June 7.
The new members - Bailey Banks and Biddle (US.), Mouawad (Switzerland), Forestone (France), Whint and Kidd (UK), Suna Brothers (New York), Dalumi (Israel) and Uchihara Group (Japan) - were announced by NCDIA Vice-President Dilip Mehta of RosyBlue. The NCDIA now has 15 members.
