DDC Holds First Expo

The New York Diamond Dealers Club took a small, but historic step this week when they hosted their first Diamond Expo on the Club's trading floor. Although there were just over 50 companies taking part in the two day event, as Jacob Banda, DDC President pointed out, the floor simply didn't allow for anything larger.

Visitors to the event were mainly dealers in the club themselves, but it did offer an opportunity for many to exhibit their goods for the first time at an Expo. It was rather like a family gathering, just with a lot more bling than at most family occasions.
