GIA Career Fair and Open House

The Gemological Institute of America (GIA) is set to hold a job recruitment fair during its upcoming open house. On October 16, people interested in careers in the jewelry industry will able to connect with recruiters from 24 different companies at the GIA's headquarters in Carlsbad, California.

Candidates interested in work offered by employers such as Tiffany & Co., Firestone and Zale can discover if there is a position suited for them. There will be approximately 100 positions recruiters seek to fill.

There will also be panel discussions and career coaching sessions on offer. Speakers and coaches include some of the jewelry industry’s most influential executives, as well as top designers and stylists to Hollywood celebrities.

A further 135 positions can be applied for during the event from listings on the GIA career search engine.
