PGI-USA Debuts “Platinum Promise” Facebook App
April 11, 12 (IDEX Online News) – Platinum Guild International (PGI-USA) today (Wednesday) announced the launch of the “Platinum Promise” Facebook Application on its Platinum Jewelry Facebook page.
The app allows “fans” to make a promise and virtually inscribe it onto a platinum design from PGI-USA’s Facebook gallery.
To promote the app, PGI-USA is giving away four engraved rings to turn entrants’ virtual promises into reality. To enter the contest, which opens on April 12 and runs until May 9, users choose a platinum ring from gallery, inscribe a promise message and share it on the Facebook page.
Entry for the contest is open to residents of the U.S., UK, India, France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy and Japan and entries will be logged on a global Promise map.
“Having recently re-launched the Platinum Jewelry Facebook page, Platinum Guild International is excited to take part in innovative social media initiatives that make the experience that much more interactive,” said PGI-USA president Huw Daniel.
