Stephen Wolzok
Improving work methods and processes in order to be more innovative and more industrialized so as to fulfill our clients’ needs.
What are the greatest changes you have seen since you joined the industry?
Key positions being taken up by college graduates who hail from different backgrounds and who do not have any “diamond culture.”
What would improve your business in the future?
Being even more reactive and always pushing further in terms of competence.
What is the most difficult business decision you have ever had to make?
I am lucky to be someone who forgets difficult things very easily.
How does the company give back to the community?
We are first of all very attentive to the well-being of our collaborators. We also contribute to humanitarian programs in France and in Africa.
What is your greatest regret?
Workwise: Not to have started working with Jacques Zaïcik, our president, sooner. We have been working together for 13 years now.
What is your greatest accomplishment?
To have overcome illness.
Who do you most admire and why?
I do not admire anyone in particular. I have a lot of respect for my brother, because he has never complained about his physical condition.
What would you take with you to a desert island?
A boat...So that I could sail back to the others!!!
What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?
A man who knows his weakness sometimes knows how to overcome it. A moralist ignores his weaknesses and, instead of blaming himself, he blames his fellow man.
If you could do any job other than the one you do now, what would it be?
I would have been the manager of a luxury hotel, so as to be at the clients’ service... Which is already the case...
What is your idea of perfect happiness?
To enjoy every second of being where I am in life, on all levels.
