Hundreds of Buyers Attend DDC’s Opening Day of India Diamond Week

(IDEX Online News) – The fourth India Diamond Week (IDW) got off to a strong start, with more than 60 exhibitors and several hundred buyers at the Diamond Dealers Club (DDC) trading floor in Manhattan.
DDC president Reuven Kaufman said that its trade shows were a tremendous opportunity for dealers, wholesalers and manufacturers to jumpstart their 2016 business, build on existing connections and create new business relationships.
This sentiment was endorsed by Nirav Shah from Mahendra Brothers. “This is our third time at India Diamond week,” he said, “we came back again and made an appearance so that we can continue the relationships we have created.”
IDW is being held through January 21 at the DDC’s headquarters in the heart of New York’s diamond district.
