Lau to Lead HKJMA Delegation to IDWI

(IDEX Online News) – Hong Kong Jewelers Manufacturers’ Association (HKJMA) chairman Adam Lau, will lead a delegation of diamond buyers from the city to the upcoming International Diamond Week in Israel (IDWI).
Lau said that meeting with Israel Diamond Exchange (IDE) members would be an opportunity to continue long-standing relationships between participants in the Israel and Hong Kong diamond industries. In particular, he said that his members would especially appreciate the chance to network with smaller traders and manufacturers who do not usually travel to Asian trade shows.
IDE president Yoram Dvash welcomed the HKJMA’s decision to bring a sizeable delegation to IDWI. "Hong Kong is one of the most diverse and multifaceted diamond markets. While the Israel diamond trade's position in Hong Kong is robust, I am confident that with the delegation's visit we will be strengthening our successful and fruitful business relationship even further,” he said.
The International Diamond Week in Israel will take place from February 14-18.
