IDE to Launch Israel Diamond Jewelry Association during IDWI

(IDEX Online News) – Israel Diamond Exchange (IDE) president Yoram Dvash has announced that a new organization – the Israel Diamond Jewelry Assocation – to promote diamond jewelry manufacturing in Israel will be launched at the upcoming International Diamond Week in Israel (IDWI).
As part of the push to promote jewelry made by Israeli diamond companies, a special show of diamond jewelry produced by companies within IDE will be on display during the event.
Twenty Israeli companies will showcase their goods, which will include high-end jewelry with both white and fancy color diamonds, as well as more casual pieces at lower price points, in a dedicated section of the trading hall.
“We recognize that diamond jewelry has become a substantial part of the business of the Israeli diamond industry,” said Dvash. “More and more IDE members are diversifying their products by introducing their own jewelry collections, taking advantage of the creativity and expert workmanship that our industry has to offer. I plan to promote and develop the area of diamond jewelry within the Israeli industry."
The IDWI will take place from February 14-18.
