Lucapa Recovers 2 Large Alluvial Type II-a Specials from Lulo

(IDEX Online News) – Lucapa Diamond Company Limited has announced the recovery of two large special alluvial diamonds from its Lulo Diamond Project in Angola.
The type II-a diamonds, a 120.4-carat D-color gem and an 86.2-carat E-color gem, were recovered from the company’s Mining Block 6.
This is the second recent discovery of large stones at Lulo, following the recovery of a 133.4-carat compound diamond in January.
The recoveries follow the company’s announcement to the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) that a recently conducted gravity survey at the high priority L259 kimberlite, identified an ~110 hectare kimberlitic signature.
